Description of Modules

Executive Coaching

Multiple half-day, one-on-one working meetings with senior management. Sessions are driven by a pre-determined agenda, addressing client-specific issues with defined goals and measurable milestones. Together, we use current, real issues to teach the application of management tools. This approach to minimizing the probability of future, un-expected issues through proper planning and policy setting allows managers more time for matters affecting the growth and financial health of the business, rather than problem-solving. The number of sessions is determined by the client and is typically six or fewer, held at two-week intervals.

The objective is two-fold:

  1. To develop solutions to immediate issues and
  2. To educate and train executives in principle-driven, pro-active management

These sessions are actual coaching exercises. The methodology is that Lofurno Corporation will provide the framework and guidance for development of policy and the executive will provide company-specific details. Monitoring defined milestones will follow implementation of the final product.

Deliverables

  • Policies, systems and procedures for effective and efficient business management and the counseling to ensure implementation and execution
  • Working solutions to immediate issues
  • "Management Reference Manual” compiled from work done during the sessions

Target Market

  • Owners
  • Vice Presidents
  • CEO’s
  • Directors of Strategic Business Units

Target Clients

These coaching sessions have been developed to guide the senior executives of small and mid-size independent businesses and SBU’s of major corporations in effective management. The target clients are those having the need to establish corporate direction and implement policies for the start-up or re-focusing phase of the business life cycle.
