Do I Need A Business Plan?

Company-Specific Strategic Business Working Plan

A Strategic Business Working Plan will provide the client company with a roadmap and hard-copy working plan to systematically and effectively address their business goals and objectives. The plan document will define in concise statements, the client’s present and desired status and identify key issues to be addressed in reaching their desired state. In addition to the working plan document deliverables will include systems and procedures for effectively addressing the planning process and counseling to ensure implementation and execution. Specific frameworks for developing other specific interrelated plans (Business Plan, Sales Plan, Financial Plan, Marketing Plan etc.) will also be addressed.

The Working Plan will be developed over a period of one to two months consisting of three, one-day working sessions with developmental/preparatory work performed by the client before and after each working session to facilitate completion of the next session's agenda and the final document. The completed plan is also available on 3.5” diskettes in Microsoft® Word and Excel.
